Information we collect
Account details, profile information, program participation records, consent records, messages you submit and, in later phases, development records such as assessments, goals, habits, learning and reflections.
Why we use it
To operate the program, provide personalised participant functionality, protect accounts, communicate important information, understand platform use and improve the participant experience.
Access and visibility
Private participant information is protected through authenticated access and database row-level security. Public profile visibility is opt-in and can be separated from private account information.
Your choices
You may request correction, export or deletion of applicable personal information, subject to legitimate retention requirements. Consent records are versioned so the platform can retain evidence of what was accepted and when.
Retention and security
Production deployment should define retention periods, backups, breach procedures and administrative access controls in line with applicable Malawian data-protection requirements and any other jurisdictions in which the platform operates.
